Shipping policy

We’re excited for you to receive your CÁPSL order. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your items will arrive.

Processing Times

All orders are packed with care and dispatched from our studio within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow extra time during peak periods, new launches, or promotional events - we promise it’s worth the wait.

Australian Shipping

We offer both standard and express shipping options at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed. All domestic orders include tracking via Australia Post.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries outside Australia. International delivery times vary depending on your region and customs processing, with an estimated timeframe of 7–21 business days.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at hello@capslco.com.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we’ll do our best to assist you, but CÁPSL is not liable for courier-related issues. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Address Errors or Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — additional shipping charges may apply.
