We want you to love your CÁPSL purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
Change of Mind
CÁPSL does not offer refunds for change of mind. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a store credit or exchange, provided that:

The item was purchased at full price

The item is unused and in original condition

Packaging (including boxes, sleeves, and protective pouches) is intact
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be returned within 7 business days of your request.
CÁPSL reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is:

Clear photos of the fault or damage
Once reviewed, we’ll be in touch to arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Returns Process
If your return is approved, you’ll receive clear instructions on how to send your item back. Returned items must be sent via a trackable shipping method. Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Accuracy
To avoid delays, please ensure your billing address, delivery details, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout. CÁPSL is not responsible for shipping delays, costs, or undelivered orders due to incorrect information provided.
